Ten years ago, Davidoff launched the Escurio, featuring a blend of Brazilian and Dominican tobaccos. To celebrate this milestone, the brand has released the Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary Limited Edition.

This special edition cigar differs from the regular Escurio, incorporating aged tobaccos, including nine-year-old Brazilian leaves, eight-year-old Dominican leaves, and three five-year-old Dominican leaves. Notably, one of the Dominican fillers has been aged in a cask for over six months, adding extra sweetness and depth to the cigar.

Edward Simon, the brand's Chief Marketing Officer, states, "The combined age of the tobaccos in this cigar reaches 45 years, thanks to our extensive and diverse inventory." He takes great pride in this limited edition release.

The Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary Limited Edition is part of the brand's Black Band collection, adorned with black cigar bands and metallic embellishments. Crafted in Davidoff's factory in the Dominican Republic, the black and emerald-hued slide-lid boxes feature the Davidoff Escurio pattern and contain 12 cigars. Each cigar measures 6 inches in length with a 56 ring gauge, classified as a Gran Toro.

In terms of flavor, the cigar begins with creamy and toasty notes, accompanied by aromas of cappuccino, hazelnut, and vanilla bean. As you smoke, the flavors evolve to reveal leather, dried apricot, and licorice. In the final moments, the spiciness is balanced by hints of almond, acacia honey, and bittersweet chocolate, creating a rich and harmonious smoking experience.
